Image Release Policy

Fearless and Fun Lingerie (hereinafter "FAF Lingerie") is handmade lingerie manufacturer looking to maintain the highest manufacturing standards as well as the unique image of our products. We are perfectly aware that we are solely responsible for the quality of our handmade lingerie products. However, in order to keep a solid FAF Lingerie brand image we need some help from businesses selling FAF Lingerie products. The use of the FAF Lingerie photographs constitutes agreement to the following terms.

FAF Lingerie grants its customers a limited license to use FAF Lingerie's photographs. Our photographs (hereinafter "Images") and other visual promotional materials can only be used in retail stores, boutiques, markets, on web sites, and wholesale distribution and under no circumstances will the customer use the Images on online auction sites, including, but not limited to ebay.com or any eBay® online store. We reserve the right to ask eBay® to remove all unauthorized listings using FAF Lingerie Images on the eBay® marketplace.

The Images may only be used in connection with advertisement or sale of authentic FAF Lingerie products obtained from FAF Lingerie or authorized distributors. If FAF Lingerie gives notice that the use of the Images is unacceptable, such use must cease immediately at the user's own expense. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone who presents our merchandise inappropriately.

Processing time and Billing

In most cases, your order will be sent out the same day it is placed, if placed before 2pm EST and items are in stock. Orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 48 hours (2 business days). This DOES NOT mean we guarantee the parcel will be delivered within this time. Your credit card account will only be billed for the items shipped on the day the shipment is made. On your credit card statement a purchase made on our website will be shown as: FAF Lingerie.

Security Policy

Your security is a priority at faflingerie.com. To provide credit card security and keep your personal information safe, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the most widely used data encryption coding system for secure e-commerce transactions. All of your information is encrypted (scrambled) prior to being sent over the Internet to our system. To protect your information once we receive it, we place it on systems behind secure firewalls, which are communication-management computers designed to keep information safe and inaccessible to other Internet users. If your browser doesn't accept the SSL technology, transactions will not be permitted. To confirm that your connection is secure, look for a locked padlock icon or solid key icon at the bottom of your browser window. The letters "https" (rather than "http") located in the URL address window at the top of your browser also indicate that you are using a secure browser. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! Privacy Policy

We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission. If you have purchased from our site or subscribed to one of our newsletters, or entered a contest, we may update you via e-mail of special offers periodically. With respect to cookies: We use cookies to record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail at info@faflingerie.com. With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorization. If you have a defect in material, quality or the garment was the incorrect size, you must notify Customer Service by email (info@faflingerie.com) within 10 days of the original delivery to request Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. All returns for no reason other than a packing error, defective goods or otherwise, might result in a 25% restocking fee plus freight costs incurred. All items must be new, clean and unworn with all tags attached. All items must be returned in original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn or damaged.

By law, there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments. Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn. Panty garments are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects. Items must be received within 10 Business Days once return authorization has been obtained. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). FAF Lingerie will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
