1. Who are you and what do you do?
   We are a team of fashion designers and (other) passionate lingerie experts putting together innovative sexy and fearless style product engineering techniques and quality materials. We make products for everyone to enjoy and also to have a lot of fun wearing them.
2. What kind of fabrics do you use for product manufacturing?
   We are using highest quality laces and thules from Latvia and France and thread is from Germany. European weaving craftsmanship creates beautiful designer fabrics. Percentage of spandex and nylon is much higher European quality textiles making them more durable and pleasant.
3. Do you sell to general public?

4. Who can open a wholesale account (retailer account)?
   Any registered business can open lingerie wholesale account with us. It wouldn't take long to enter your information here. Please note that you will be required to verify your email address after registration.
5. How long does it take to activate my retailer account?
   It takes from 5 minutes to 5 hours during business days. You may be asked to send additional info like copy of your business license or provide more info about your selling channel(s).
6. Why was my retailer account not approved?
   Only accounts with verified TAX ID’s and selling channels are approved. FAF Lingerie retailers base is an exclusive club and we treat them well once they are accepted.
7. Why was my retailer account removed?
   Our system automatically removes accounts with long periods of inactivity.
8. How can we get your catalogs and prices?
   Please register your retailer account to access all information.
9. How can I place a wholesale order?
   If you are a registered retailer, you can place a wholesale order through our fast and efficient online system. In other case you have to register with us first here.
10. How do I get FAF Lingerie images and descriptions for my website?
    All our images, including high resolution images and descriptions, can be downloaded from “My Account / Downloads”.
11. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
    We don’t have MOQ, however there is a $5.00 handling fee for orders below $100.
12. Do you have discounts?
    We do not provide any discounts. Essential value of our company is to treat all our customers equally.
13. Do you drop ship?
    Yes, we do. Simple explanation of how it works can be found here.
14. How do I know if needed products are in stock?
    Current product availability is displayed on every "Product Details" page or on the "Bulk Order" page. 98% of the products are always in stock.
15. How do I place an order for 80 different styles? Do I have to scroll through pages looking for products?
    We have a very fast and simple "Bulk Order" feature which can be found here: "My Account / Bulk Order".
16. How do I track my order?
    Click "My Account / Order History" to see the order status, tracking numbers and print invoices.
17. How do I edit my account information?
    Click "My Account / Business Info" to access and edit your contact information.
18. Is your packaging friendly to "brick and mortar"boutiques?
    Yes, all products shipped have hang tabs attached to gift boxes or come in retail packaging.

20. When will a wholesale order ship?
    Orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 48 hours (2 business days).
21. What are the shipping charges?
    Shipping cost becomes available during checkout, when you submit a shipping address. It depends on shipping destination, total weight of the order and selected shipping carrier. We offer UPS, TNT, DHL and USPS carriers.
